We are bidding farewell to the past splendid year and embracing an ever brighter new year. As the year 2026 is around the corner, I’m delighted and grateful to look back together with you all upon Dongjue’s journey of 2025. First and foremost, on behalf of the Group’s Board of Directors, I would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all partners who have shown concern and support for Dongjue, to every colleague who has devoted efforts to the our development, and to the beloved ones of our employees who have given great support in family life!
Looking back on 2025, Dongjue broke new ground in amid of changes and also seized opportunities in the face of challenges. Confronted by the stagnation of traditional markets and the pressure from upstream industries, we at Dongjue embarked upon a challenging yet exciting journey of transformation. It was precisely this courage to pursue self-innovation that unlocked fresh developmental prospects. In 2025, we achieved sales of 108,000 tons, hitting a new record high. Specialty silicone rubber saw a remarkable 12.8% year-on-year growth, with electrical insulating products surging by 44.1%. Direct exports reached 25,000 tons, marking a 17.5% year-on-year increase. Concurrently, Dongjue honored its commitment to both the society and its workforce, disbursing a total of RMB92.59 million in payroll, social security contributions, and other expenses in 2025 – a 5.6% rise over the previous year.
Every brilliant achievement is testament to our relentless drive of a better future. To fulfill customer orders with both quality and quantity guaranteed, we keep improving our production lines and work on every process from raw materials to finished goods. To tackle technical difficulties and enhance customer satisfaction, our technical team tirelessly refines each formulation and closely monitors every process. Each and every breakthrough and progress relies on our sales team, the spearhead of Dongjue; their determination and tenacity are pivotal to securing our significant market position. Departments including Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Equipment, and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) provide a robust system for the smooth operation of Dongjue. Beyond performing their own duties, these functions take initiative to think over perfection, so as to provide all-round, high-efficiency support for our core operations.
The year 2026 marks Dongjue’s thirtieth anniversary. Through three decades of weathering storms and reaping rewards, Dongjue has blazed a trail and stood out as a true leader in the high-temperature silicone rubber industry. This milestone year also marks a new beginning for Dongjue. In the upcoming 2026, we will keep our commitment of “ensuring quality-first with meticulous attention, and satisfying customers by all means”. We will remain unwavering in executing our management objectives of “optimizing product portfolio, reducing production cost, enhancing management efficiency, and fostering innovative thinking”. We are committed to establishing fair and equitable incentive mechanisms, expanding career development platforms for employees, and continuously improving working environments and remuneration levels.
Looking ahead, the path before us is broader yet may be even more rugged. Behind the growth lies fiercer competition; within transformation lies deeper changes. Nevertheless, Dongjue will keep track of new application dynamics and grow stronger through premium quality!
