In recent years, the subsidiaries of our Group have witnessed a great increase both in silicon rubber and its products sales and number of customers. In order to adapt the increasing market demand, providing much better and more effective services to the customers, the Group management decides that from January 1st , 2009, besides reserving the Sales office of Dongjue Silicone (Nanjing) Co., Ltd and its Tianjin Branch, some adjustments have been made to the sales channel and area related in mainland China. Our sales staff will retain in service specialized for those key production-oriented customers in Guangdong province. We have also pointed three licensed dealers in Foshan, Dongguan and Shenzhen of Guangdong province, one licensed dealer in Shanghai (including South Zhejiang province) and other four distributors in Xiamen of Fujian province, Xi'an of Shanxi province, Yangzhong of Jiangsu province and Shenzhen in Guangdong province. The licensed dealers and distributors above-mentioned are comprehensive representatives to sell our subsidiaries’ products including silicon rubber series like silicone gum, silicone rubber, insulating rubber，fume-silica based rubber as well as various types of silicon rubber products, color master batch and the auxiliary materials used in silicon rubber production.
